Stichting Noorder IJ Kunst stores personal data in order to contact artists in Amsterdam Noord with information about Open Ateliers Noord, both currently and in the future.

Reason: We use this information to inform artists about the start of new editions of Open Ateliers Noord.
Other data: 1 year or less
Reason: The information page about participating artists remains accessible until the webpage is updated to show only the participants in the next edition of Open Ateliers Noord.

Stichting Noorder IJ Kunst shares personal data with third parties only for the purpose of organising the website [openateliersnoord.nl] and for creating the promotional brochure. It does not allow these data to be used by those parties for any other purposes.
