Admission criteria

Participation in Open Ateliers Amsterdam Noord is open to visual art professionals with  a studio or residential address in Amsterdam Noord.

The selection committee – a small group of already participating artists – will review each new artist based on the following standards:

1. The artist has a relevant professional education
2. The artist regularly exhibits
3. Presentation of information and work is on a professional level
4. The artist lives and/or has a studio in Amsterdam Noord

Following a positive outcome, the organization will send the applicant the invoice for the enrolment fee of Open Ateliers Amsterdam Noord.

Artists who do not meet the standards will be notified. The notification will include an explanation.

We ask new participants in connection with the assessment of their participation to register as soon as possible.
